DATA ANALYST (REMOTE)
As the Data Analyst, you will work closely with the markets to meet and develop goals, consumer data and cohort models.
Responsibilities:
- Work with and train the in-market Asia Data Analysts to develop methodology for lifecycle, life time value, churn and retention models as well as customer segmentation and loyalty programs
- Interpret data to formulate customer insights to drive strategic business goals
- Work cross functionally with other Data Analysts in Rigorous monitoring and evaluation of campaigns and activities in order to measure ROI and enable continuous improvement in consumer acquisition and retention initiatives
- Work with each country to train and achieve their KPI objectives
- Business unit and marketing channel reporting and forecasting to identify short and long term opportunities
- Other responsibilities as assigned by your manager
